So my name is Michael Depp, some people call me Mikey, hmmm.

Well I’m 33 years old at the moment and I’m a bit overweight. I’ve tried to lose weight but there’s so much info around that I don’t know how to do it.

I found the eat stop eat program and am currently giving it a go. That’s how this website came about. If the program works or doesn’t work I’ll be talking about it in my full review coming soon.

Anyway. I am married and have a little girl who is 7. The reason that I want to get fit and healthy again is for them so that they can be proud of me.

I love to go travelling with my family when I get time off from work. (I’m a software designer).

Last year we visited France and Portugal and this year we visited Morocco!

So my goal with the eat stop eat program is to just get in shape and healthy. I’ve heard good things about it and I would like to get good results too.
